ERP Developer (m/f/d) – Location Cluj-Napoca, Romania

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated ERP Developer (m/f/d) to join our team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. In this role, you will take responsibility for enhancing, customizing, and implementing ERP system solutions that effectively support our business processes.

Your job:

Development and Implementation of ERP System Solutions: Plan, design, and implement modern ERP solutions to optimize internal processes.
Analysis and Optimization: Analyze existing ERP processes and continuously develop them to increase efficiency.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to seamlessly integrate requirements into the system landscape.
Database Design: Design and maintain database structures to support ERP solutions.
Project Management: Lead sub-projects and support project teams throughout the implementation phase.

Your profile:

Qualification: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience: Several years of experience in software development, ideally in an ERP environment, have shaped your expertise.
Technical Expertise: Your knowledge of relevant technologies such as .NET and SQL is solid and well-founded.
Project Management: Experience in ERP system implementation and project coordination is part of your professional background.
Language Skills: You communicate fluently in English; German skills are an advantage.
Working Style: An analytical mindset, strong teamwork skills, and a solution-oriented approach set you apart.
